Today's world is also local: it is essential to understand clients' constraints arising out of the jurisdiction(s) where they operate and which are often outside those where we are registered. Not only do we work closely with their local advisors but just as importantly, we endavour to understand local practices and cultural differences.
We are physically implanted in 3 major European jurisdictions and all together, we are fluent in Dutch, English, French and German.​
NETHERLANDS
We have been established in The Netherlands since 2010, the same year S&A was founded.

Shortly after founding S&A in France, a major Dutch pension fund hired our services to establish its managed account platform.
​
We leveraged on this success to set up and implement for our clients, Dutch based securtisation and structured product platforms.
