Sarfati & Associates is a European boutique law firm specialising in structured finance, securitisation and cross-border investment structuring. From the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg, we advise banks, alternative investment funds, family offices, private-debt platforms and financial institutions on the transactions that move capital across Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Our focus is deliberately narrow — banking and finance, the area we know best. That specialisation lets us structure securitisations, alternative investment funds (including Luxembourg RAIFs and French SLPs) and bespoke private-debt and structured-product solutions with the regulatory certainty sophisticated investors expect.
